MASSAGE TIMES AND RATES
Massage has the incredible ability to give you a physical and mental reset, with a mass of benefits ranging from a decrease in stress and pain to increased range of motion and sleep quality. It's even been shown to have a positive effect on anxiety and depression. The level of reset can vary greatly depending on the amount of time given in a session. An hour long session is great for treating tension patterns in either the upper or lower body. With 90 minutes, I can really slow down and get into the work, addressing the neck and shoulders while incorporating the hips and legs. A two hour session will allow us to pour over almost everything, giving plenty of time to spend on areas that need the most repair. Choose your rate of reset below:

This hulking wad of finely crafted, american made machinery is basically an orbital sander with a leather cushion attached to the bottom, and the power to make you absolutely melt into the table. My clients LOVE this thing.. I use it for a full body (5 minute) “sanding” at least twice during your session. It makes for an excellent beginning and intermediate ritual to your massage. (Add-on)
